Businesses are often so involved in running their operations that they fail to take advantage of numerous programs and incentives that are available to help them prosper in Alabama.

If you are an existing business and are not sure whom to contact in your community, please e-mail info@edpa.org to be put in touch with the appropriate local contact.

The Foundations for Growth team at EDPA provides information and assistance to help companies find the following services available to Alabama businesses:

Through our Partners, we can also put you in contact with proven service providers in areas such as construction, engineering, legal and accounting services.

The Foundations for Growth program works with community leaders and state allies to codify and address the prevailing needs of existing businesses.

For communities, the Foundation for Growth initiative provides:

  • Reduced cost access to web-based software for tracking the needs of existing business

  • Business insight interview training in partnership with AIDT

  • Assistance with interviews in partnership with ATN

  • Assistance analyzing trends
